Feature Suggestion: Taskbar Notification

The addition of task bar icons to the Dock in the last couple betas of Parallels is well done and looks great.
One thing i would suggest is to have them do the standard OSX bouncing notification when a Windows app is requesting attention.

I definitely second this request. Also. having the option to minimize individual windows of the same application (such as Explorer) to the right-hand side of the dock and see an icon preview there would be fantastic.
