Fedora 15 Update - Hang at boot

After using the System Update of Fedora I was prompted by Parallels Tools to reinstall it for full functionality. I did this and upon restarting Fedora my system now hangs after the white and blue animation bar completes at the bottom of the screen. I am left with a non functional prompt at the top of a black screen. I can type but other than white letters appearing on the black screen I can't do anything.

I've tried resetting Fedora, restarting Parallels 7, etc. but nothing helps. Short of redownloading everything from scratch is there anything to do to get past this boot hang?

It seems like problem in your Fedora OS. Which version of Parallel you are using?

I have the same problem with CentOS 6. On the console the last thing I see is:

Starting Parallels tools daemon: done

And it hangs there forever.
