file dmio.sys is corrupted

hi,i am trying to install windows xp,then to install an upgrade to windows 7 on my mac,when i am trying to install xp i get the following error "file dmio.sys is corrupted"what does this mean?thank you
 
Hi karens1961,

The issue is occurring because the installation media is corrupted, we suggest you to try installing with a different one to create a new Virtual Machine.
