If I choose Mail PDF from the MAC OS Print Dialog, the file has a name like "Parallels_Spool_1207_2140834838.ps.pdf " is it possible for it to be (File Name.pdf)?
Hi Joseph, on macOS printing dialog when you click on PDF dropdown (bottom left corner) and select "Save as PDF" you can specify file name.
I know, the point is I not want to save a PDF, that I then need to Enter the file name, and then email the file and the delete the file. And even in the save as PDF options the file name would be preferred over Parallels_Spool.... Also sometimes the file name is a little complicated, Customer_Project_Revision#
