Hi all, There are three USB drives attached to my iMac, one directly and two via a USB hub. When saving a file from the internet, it takes up to 30 seconds (!) until the save dialogue prompt opens. Same latency occurs when accessing one of my external drives in Windows Explorer. It takes ages to show the drive's content, and another age until the file icons are visible. I have tried all settings and followed Parallel's optimization tips, but nothing has helped so far. If you have any idea what might cause this issue and how it can be resolved, please let me know.
One thing to mention: I have activated USB 3.0 although my iMac does not support it. May this be the reason?
