I would just like to get some general advice re a work problem.
I was thinking of installing parallels and windows XP on a mac.
I would then need to install a two user version of Sage Acc+ onto the windows part of the OS on the Mac and on another PC so that the two machines can file share.
We are using a standard WiFi network with a modem router.
Can I share this accounting file between the two machines using standard Windows file sharing and how would this actually work? Would the Windows OS be able to utilise the built in Airport card on the Mac to ping the info between the two machines.
If someone could tell me in the first instance if this is feasible and secondly how easy is it to do.
