At my site, www.virtualadagency.com, I use Live chat for customer service. I have finally found the perfect solution to Live Chat on my website. ChatStat.com with Parallels. Now I can really use a feature rich program that lets me do what PC guys can do. And with Parallels' Coherence feature and ChatStat you can have serious live chat - that is absolutely seamless. I can't believe how well it runs. And the GUI is just like the mac its perfect. If you're looking or Live Chat for mac - try this - seriously.
