Find out Windows password

I have Parallels Desktop 17 Standard Version.

I would like to use my Microsoft account in Windows 10.

When I enter the Microsoft account, I am asked for the Windows password.

But I don't have this.

I found an instruction on how to change the Windows password, but this only applies to the Pro version.

How do I get the Windows password?
