Fix for Win98 Clipboard Synchronization?

After much searching I have not found a fix for this problem with Clipboard Synchronization and Windows 98.

Copying from Windows to Mac works OK, but copying from Mac only copies the first character (as viewed in the Parallel Tools Center viewer).

Is there any ETA for a fix? (Or a workaround?)

This is with Parallels Desktop 3.0 build 5584.0, OS X 10.5.2 and Windows 09 (first edition).

Just to add that the same problem is still present with Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 5592.0.

A friend of mine had this problem too, I do not believe he knew how to resolve it either.

Just wondering whether there's any indication to be had of when the Clipboard Synchronization (Win98 -> Parallels) will be fixed (this is the problem where only the first character gets through) or whether there is a workaround of any kind.

I haven't heard anything back since my original post six weeks ago.

BTW, I have installed the latest version (Build 5608) but the problem remains. (Using OS X 10.5.3 and Windows 98 (first edition).

This bug is present in Windows 98 SE as well.
