I accidentally associated Zoom with the Mac and couldn't get Zoom to launch in the Windows VM any longer. Even after uninstalling Zoom on the mac, and stopping sharing Mac apps the association persisted. Here's what fixed it:
Delete these two registry keys (and their children):
    HKCU\SOFTWARE\RegisteredApplications\zoom.us (Mac)
    HKCU\SOFTWARE\Parallels\Parallels Tools\MacApps\zoom.us (Mac)

The app will launch in Windows again after that. Use Sysinternals Process Monitor to find the registry keys if you want to diagnose it yourself.

after reboot all registry keys came back. I think parallels tools write them back. Isolate win and mac applications is a solution. But I want it works!
