Flatout 2 & Flatout 1 Graphical Problems

Flatout 2 is my favorite all time racing game. Anyone able to get these to run without the graphic problems? Flatout 2 show blackened cars and the tracks load in black, Flatout 1 has some bad shaowing problems. Both games want to run full speed. Crossover unfortunately runs extremely slow with Flatout 2.

I'm more of a classic gamer - these are like the last two games I can't get working on an M1 Mac.
