Flickering crosshairs - Is there a setting with Windows or Parallels that could be causing this?

I will attach a video of what I'm experiencing at the end. I am using a 2023 Mac Mini, 16GB of RAM. I allow up to 8GB for Parallels to use towards Windows.
The program I'm running on Windows 11 with Parallels is called Sierra Chart.
Everything seems very smooth except for the crosshairs. It seems like it disappears or flashes in and out of view.
This is something that nobody else has reported despite using Sierra Chart in Parallels with Windows.
Is there a setting within Windows or Parallels that you think I should try tweaking in order to possibly fix it?
