    Hi Guys,

So, we use a FLIR AX5 Series camera for work, and we use it through entry level Dell Laptop, but the rest of our workstations are 2010-2012 Mac Pros. Some of our software is Windows only, and we've been trying out Parallels for the last few days on the Macs and haven't had any issues so far.

However, we've decided to move our camera system over to the Mac. Now the FLIR camera plugs into our Dell's ethernet port and is recognised by the software (FLIR Research 4) through there with the use of some drivers, etc.

I've installed the software on our Windows 10 VM, along with all the drivers, but the camera isn't recognised and I can't seem to find a way to get the software to see the camera.

I've tried changing the VM Machine's network adapter to 'Default Adapter' but this hasn't helped.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I could try to install Windows using BootCamp and try it natively to see if that changes anything, but we've already setup our Windows 10 VM with everything else so would rather get this working through Parallels first.

Any help would be considerably appreciated.

    Many thanks.

    Ben

Please send us problem report and post its id here. For this attach camera, start virtual machine and make its window active. Then go to Mac application menu Help -> Send Technical Data.
