as far as I can see Parallels now switches back from fullscreen to window mode if another application gets focus.
I think the old behaviour was much better. I have expose mapped to my screen corners and I it was great being able to quickly use an OS X application without switching away from fullscreen.
Or having two screens, one with parallels in fullscreen and one with os x, but still beeing able to use some os x apps on the screen with windows in fullscreen. It gives some kind of feel as if one is only working in one operating system and not two.
