I have an expired trial version of Parallels 18 Pro on a MacBook running 13.0.1 16GB memory, I7 6 core. When I try to shutdown Ubuntu, it doesn't shutdown. I was only able to kill it by force quitting Parallels. Never tried Toolbox, but should have. Would like to buy the standard version of Parallels if this can be resolved. Ubuntu appears quite bloated compared to to what I was used to in the past, so if running a lightweight version or Debian is the solution that is a perfectly acceptable answer. The only reason I need it is to have a sandboxed browser.
