I operate Vista Business as a Guest OS under Mac Snow Leopard 10.6 Host OS. My UPS is connected to the Host OS. On UPS Battery Low condition I need to be able to force shutdown of Guest OS (currently Parallels tries to stop but is thwarted because the Guest OS is still active. If I can find a command that can be issued from the Host OS then I can insert it in the shutdown procedure of the UPS Control Software. Ideas?
