forcing window view mode on launch of win app from dock

Hello,

I am wondering it you can force the window view mode when starting a VM by after launching Parallels from an icon in the doc. I have placed an icon in my doc for a commonly used application, but, when I start the VM via that doc icon, the VM always loads in Coherence mode. Which is not what I would prefer.

I have set my Startup View setting on the VM to "Window" and if I start the VM by starting Parallels directly, it starts up in window mode, but, it doesn't seem to apply if starting the VM from an icon in the dock.

I'm having the same annoying issue... I didn't know it acted differently from the finder than the dock... That is helpful.
