Formatted Boot Camp partition by mistake

i used a sudo command(sudo diskutil eraseVolume "NTFS-3G" Data /dev/disk0s3) that basically formatted my boot camp partition and i forgot to back my copy up. is there a way to recover this information. please advise . i had really valuable stuff there.
