Forum reorganisation, trying to remove complaints?

To Parallels,

I like the way there is now no longer a forum section dedicated to listening to your users. Once again you've shown disrespect and contempt of the highest order for your customers.

Also a week after I posted it, I am in no way surprised not to have received any correspondence regarding the issue outlined here: http://forum.parallels.com/thread13204.html.

Simon.

a) Sarcasm will probably not help

b) it's not as if they are going to be able to avoid complaints on their forums regardless of organization

c) aren't ALL of the forums places where they listen to their customers?

That's nothing.... I've been waiting since April for an answer to a question I posted.

I'm not thrilled with Parallels, and in fact I'm considering asking for a refund for my 3.0 pre-purchase, but even I don't think their motives are as nefarious or naive as thinking that they're going to eliminate complaints or that having more forums is going to make them listen any less (although I'd have to say that I'd be hard pressed to convince anyone that they were listening all that much to begin with).
