Free parallels upgrade?

My Parallels 2.5 keeps giving me pop-up messages about a free upgrade (image attached). It announces an e-mail message but I did not get anything. What should I do?

Read the message that popped up. It says that you will receive an email with instructions in a few days. If you don't hear from them by the middle of next week, then contact Sales. You posted your message on a Friday, and they probably don't send out upgrade keys over the weekend.
