FreeBSD 6.1 installed but won't boot

I installed FreeBSd 6.1 from ISO. It installed without any apparent error but when I try to boot it I only get to this screen where it sits forever chugging CPU

I chose 'otherbsd' in the initial setup. Was that my mistake?

Sounds like you did not make disk bootable in the initial set up. The selection "other FreeBSD" works fine for the 6.1 ISO. Ask me how I know both of these!

I have FreeBSD 6.1 running as well. Did you use plain disk images?
