    Hi

I have installed FreeBSD 7 and i am trying to use Parallels Explorer to access the volume, but to no avail, i get the error message: "Parallels Explorer is unable to open file system volume. The filesystem is not supported or contains errors. Start your virtual machine and check the disk for file system errors" while trying to open the 'Volume (1) NONE'. I have run the guest OS and it runs fine, so as far as i know there are no errors. I really need to be able to get files in and out as i havent the foggiest about networking as a viable means to transfer files. Any help appreciated.

    Thanks, Reece.

    Unknown file system type

    Hello, Cyberjunky,

Please, could you provide us with additional information:

Do you try to open Virtual Machine Configuration file (for example, .pvs) or Virtual disk (for example, .hdd)?
If you open Virtual Machine Configuration file, how many virtual disks are attached to this configuration?
Did you configure your FreeBSD as dynamic LVM?
Which file system type do you have in your guest FreeBSD?

    Thanks,

    Helen.
