From OSX Desktop to Windows-Desktop

For the dumb ones: What is the easiest way to get a file from my OSX-Desktop to the Windows-Desktop? I browsed the forum, but somehow, I didn't get to something.

sorry to bother you again. I normally am not that stupid with my machine, but I don't seem to find the shared folder on my mac-hd. also spotlight does not find them.
 
Click on parallels, then you see screen where you can install your shared folder

For you shared folder look at picture 1

Please do not forget to install Parallels Tools via the "Actions" menu :)
