From Trial version to Full version

Hi,
I am voicing my problem all over because I need urgently help - I am going abroad soon and I must have all programs installed before I leave.
I was using trial POLISH version and when it was about to expire, I got an offer from Parallels to buy a full version. It appeared that I purchased (from element5) an AMERICAN version which I got together with activation key. I did not use it. I tried to contact everybody but I still wait for solution. There are two possibilities:
1. I get my money back (and the key is somehow deactivated)
or (what I would prefer):
2. I got another activation key which would re-activate my installed trial version.
What do you think, is any of this two solutions possible?

Also, I would like to know, where I made a mistake. How could I buy the POLISH version? On the Parallels page with the program in Polish version there is no possibility to buy a full version...
 
Basically when you upgrade Parellels Desktop it is essential that localization of old versio and one of version you are upgrading to matched.
