Frozen Parallel Screen

I have tried restarting parallels and restarting my computer. For some reason my parallel's page is frozen (will not let me click on anything or open applications). I have the options at the top of the screen but no matter how i view parallels it will not let me do anything in it. Any idea what this might be??

Try to uninstall and reinstall Parallels destkop from the .dmg file.
