Frozen screen

My windows screen is frozen. Nothing is clickable except for the icons at the top of the Windows bar (gear icon, microphone, speaker, usb etc. icons). I can't bring up the task manager using keyboard commands. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Hi, did you try to click on the Actions (on the top Mac menu bar) -> and choose reset?
