Is anyone else totally frustrated with the obviously AI Support function? I have a simple complaint with the two most recent product updates - the scroll and tracking functions of my wired USB mouse have become crippled to the point where it is unusable. The first two emails from "Support" misunderstood the nature of my complaint with a typically AI lack of reading comprehension. Second level 'Support' is asking me to do Parallel's work for them - running HID commands in Terminal to collect logs. In the good-ol-days, a human tech would have just plugged in a wired mouse to replicate my results.
