Full screen mode question

I use full screen mode for Windows 10, it is so frustrating when I hover close to the top the mac menu appears from being hidden. Is there anyway to keep the mac menu always visible in full screen mode? When switching tabs in Chrome the menu always appear.

Hello Gordon, please open virtual machine configuration and switch to Options tab > Full Screen and enable the Use OS X Full-Screen option.
Once you have completed the above, Windows will work in Full Screen designed by Parallels and the OS X menu bar will appear.
