Full Screen should be really full screen

Since the latest version of Parallels Windows is not in Full Screen anymore. An annoying grey and black bar is always visible which cannot be switched off unfortunately. I consulkted Parallels technical support and learned I have "to live with this new grey bar".

I think all new features that are an invasive change to previous versions should have the possibility to be switched off. Please make this possible!
