Fuzzy video - Windows 7

When I load my W7 image and go to full screen, the video is all fuzzy (anti-aliased). If I change the screen resolution to anything else, then immediately revert back to 1440 x 900, it goes crisp. If I go back to MacOS and then back to my W7 device again, I'm faced with the same issue.

How can I get the video to remain at the full screen resolution and not anti-alias?
 
It turns out the W7 image on my machine was so heavily broken that this was simply a by-product. Since rebuilding a new install I don't have the problem.
