Alright, I was fairly excited to see that the addition of 3D to parallels would allow some games to run, most notebly which was one of my all time favorates, Descent 3...
I have the game for Mac but there is little chance that it will ever work again on the Mac OS Intel side...
I ordered a copy for windows and have been fairly pleased with the overall performance. However the one issue it does seem to have is that none of the cut scene videos play well enough to actually watch (the video seems fine, but the audio cuts in and out)...
Is there anything that can be done to fix this component of the game???
Also, I read elsewhere that its best to play Descent 3 using Open GL. I'm pretty sure this page is talking about the windows version, but when I enable it, the game ends up looking like a test rendering of a 3D video (no color or details). Is this something setting-wise, something specific to parallels, something to do specifically with parallels + descent 3 or is the site just plain wrong???
