Gateway has to be reinstalled every week to 2 weeks.

Hello,
I have a situation where no one can connect using the client. Error is:
The specified remote RAS connection could not be found.
I go into the console and right click on the (verified) gateway and select status.
It says it cant connect and allows me to hit button to install. I do that
it installs , and all is fine for a while. Any ideas on what is causing this?
RAS v15.

Hi DanA5,
You are not the only one with this issue. We have been getting it since moving to V15.
It has been causing us grief with all our Clients and we are coping some abuse from them too.
We have been working with the parallels team to try and solve it. Hopefully we have got there now with patches they have been sending us.
Just waiting to see what happens as they Gateway drop out is intermittent, it could be ok for days then happen multiple time a day.

Suggest you register a support ticket like we did because they know about the issue.
