Just a note for information. I recently had to contact customer service at paralells. It was not something Iwas looking forward to as my request was above and beyond what I knew they would/should normally do. I have to say they were quick to repsond, answered all my questions and even granted my exceptional support request with nothing more than reasonable questions. Color me impressed!
