Geting W2K to recognize USB Sticks

I'm new to the Mac and Parallels and cannot get it to show USB drives in My Computer with W2K. I have the latest OS X update on a Mac Mini and Parallels Desktop 3.0 (build 4560).

Everything is set according to the instructions and when a USB Kingston memory stick is plugged in it is recognized. Under Devices > USB the stick is shown by name and is ticked. It does NOT show as a drive in My Computer and I therefore can't access it in Windows.

The instructions say if the device is not recognized, return to the Config. Editor, click USB Controller and "click the device you want." How? I don't see any device to click in this window.

I'm about ready to give up on Parallels and maybe the Mac if I can't get it to run Windows. Can someone please help me?!

Many thanks for your reply. I visited the Kingston site you suggested, but the only driver listed for my memory stick (DTI/4GB -Date Traveler) is for Win 98 SE. This stick works OK in my laptop also running W2K and of course it also works on the Mac side. Alas, I've tried everything I can think of and this stick just will not appear as a volume in Windows My Computer, so I can't access it from Windows. I have to go through the long process of using the Drop Box to get it over to the Mac side before I can save anything on it from Windows. Surely there must be SOME way to set up this thing?!
