I need help to get the PowerMic II recognizable as a microphone in Parallels. Hardware/software: Macbook Air running 10.10.5 Parallels for Mac installed with Windows 7 PowerMic II for Dragon dictation connected via USB Online virtual desktop running through Citrix to allow access to healthcare applications like PowerChart. Dragon Medical is installed on the virtual desktop as well. Problem: With the PowerMic II attached, when Dragon Medical is launched I receive an error message that the audio device is not recognized and no audio device is available. Device manager shows the PowerMic II attached AND recognizes it is that model. It is not just a USB device. However, inside of Dragon Medical/Power Chart it appears as a USB mouse. It's true the PowerMic II has a pointer feature but I'm interested in the microphone part. The PowerMic II does not have any external drivers. And it does not work on the Mac natively. So how do I get the PowerMic to be visible/usable in Powerchat/Dragon Medical? Thank you
