Getting native screen resolution on external retina displays?

When I have Parallels 12 running on an external retina display, in a window, I cannot choose a screen resolution in Windows 10 that matches the actual pixels, no matter the screen resolution option in the VM config. I always get a resolution that is 2x what the Displays Preference Pane says as "Looks Like A x B", instead of the display's native resolution. Is there any way to get the native resolution?
