I haven't needed Parallels support for about a year and a half. As before, if I call the support phone number, they want a ticket number. However, I used to be able to get a ticket # quite easily. Now, I can't seem to get a ticket number. When I 'request support', I'm directed to a selection of Telegram, Twitter, Facebook Messenger or this forum. I don't use Twitter or Telegram and at FB messenger, it says it will take a day or more to get back to me. So here I am at the Parallels Community. The support phone number, when I don't have a ticket number, refers me to www.parallels.com/support. And the circle starts all over. Has the support system changed? Can someone help me get support? My problem is that Parallels will not start the virtual machine. I've tried resetting the PC, reinstalling Windows and anything else it tells me to do. All fail. I need to get some help. Thank you.
