Google Talk voice issue?

BIG fan of Parallels. Just got 1 annoying issue though. I run Windows XP Pro on MacBook.

Here's the issue:
I use GoogleTalk for voice chat. Sometimes the voice stops working in the middle of a conversation and this happens quite often. I will have to shutdown and restart parallels in order to make the voice work again with google talk.

Anyone faced the similar issues? I would appreciate any help.

Perhaps, you have problems with your internet connection, please check it, or try to reinstall GoogleTalk

Thanx much for your response. I have tried that with no luck. My internet connection works good. I have no problems with voice chat (with google talk) on a PC with the same internet connection. BTW, if I mute and activate the sound thru the Parallels menu ==> Devices ==> Sound, it sometimes fixes the issue. If it does not then my only option is to restart parallels to make the sound work. I just installed the new build 3212. Let me c if this fixes the issue.
