Graphics issue on an Intel iMac running Sonoma

Recently put Parallels back on an iMac and put a Windows 10 VM on it to run World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2 on. Guild Wars seems to run fine but when I bring up Warcraft, beginning with the character selection screen, the graphics go nuts. Large areas of graphics are black, patterns not locking in place and essentially unusable. I've tried several things as possible fixes to no avail. All my others working fine.
Any help is appreciated.

1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID

hi, same issue with you. I exactly understood the problem but I don't know the issue happened on windows settings side or parallels side.
environment: Mac OS Sonia(Intel iMac)/ parallels desktop 19.4.0-> windows 10(directX 12)-> world of warcraft 3.4.3
from my check, windows running directX 12 version on parallels, but in warcraft just can choose directX 11 version, I don't know it's reason of the problem or not.
I will upload the screenshot later, please help to fix it or give me some suggestion,
