Grey screen, Windows 10 doesn't start

Hi there,
everytime i try to start parallels for mac (12), i got a grey screen in the windows 10 window, and the system tries to start windows 10, but nothing else happens.
Please help!!

Hi, please try stopping the Virtual Machine, Actions->Stop. Then start the Virtual Machine. Let us know how it works.
