Grub Loop

    Anyone get past the Grub Loop* yet?
    • Yes, I have an ARM distro.
    • Yes, I have disabled sound, microphone, and webcam.
    • Yes, I have disabled 3D graphics.
    A second, but truly annoying thing is the inability to "shut down" the VM. It simply refuses.

    Shame on me for not researching more. My head was turned by the "performance" of the M1 when I should have been more concerned with the compatibility. I grabbed a Mac Mini M1 to use as a lab computer for virtual machines so I wouldn't tie up my Intel MBP... Now I'm unsure what to do.

    * Grub Loop: Where a Linux distro just keeps looping back to the "install" or "test media" screen no matter what options are selected.
