Guest VT-x support

Is there a way to turn on Intel VT-x (VMX) feature for a Parallels VM? For development reasons, I would like to run KVM inside a VM. [like a level two Inception :) ]
 
Parallels pls reply to this once and for all!! This question has been asked several times and you keep ignoring it... There's a great need for this by your users and I'd like to know if it's supported and if not at least on the roadmap!

Apparently there's somehting called Nested VT-x for Windows 8 in PD8 but that as well is not confirmed! Please shed some light on this...
