Gunbound working with parallels?

I recently tried to run the game "gunbound" with parallels

i get the game running and all goes well, but then i get a gameguard error..
"hack detected"

i have no other programs downloaded or running on parallels besides explorer and gunbound

does anyone know why this is happening? is parallels considered a hack by gameguard?
