I bought this product for playing Genshin Impact on my MBP (13-inch, 2020, MacOS 13.2.1, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536) it turns out to be low FPS, tons of glitches, and modeling problems. The same problem happened to others here on the forum for years, none of them got any proper response. I'm talking to my lawyer, I'd like to file lawsuits. Reply here if you're facing similar challenges.
