Have killed my bootcamp

I have a Winxp bootcamp (latest of everything). I was using Fusion but decided to try out the new 5160 of Parallels. I got as far as starting my Parallels and it started to boot and then bluescreened. If I boot direct into bootcamp directly it bluescreens and if I use Fusion also bluescreen. No idea in the bluescreen what the issue is.

I have tried safe mode, but bluescreen also. I tried "last good configuration" however it gets further into the windows xp boot up screen but then just goes black with nothing.

Any ideas ? or is this a total reinstall :-( I had heard good things about this latest Parallels but as its now killed my machine think i will stick with Fusion.
