Have to reactivate Outlook after switch from Bootamp to Parallels

If I run Windows in Bootcamp natively after running in with Parallels, I always have to reactivate Outlook (If I use it) and then reativate it again when I switch back to Parallels. Is there something I am doing wrong causing Microsoft to think I am on a different computer each time?

Hi,
you might need to reactivate Outlook with assistance of Microsoft - some Microsoft programs are bound to specific hardware (which is different in Boot Camp and virtual environment). Please contact MS and explain the issue.

Does everybody have to do this?

I was hoping there was a security or IP address setting that would fix this. Does everyone who uses Parallels with the Bootcamp partition have to reactivate Office every time they switch from running it native to virualized and vice versa?
