Having trouble with parallels on mac

I bought a new mac and used time machine to move all my files and applications to my new mac. I started parallels desktop on my new mac and when I clicked on start windows 7 a box came up that said "unable to load the parallels driver." What does this mean? My mac os is Mojave 10.14.6
