HD Space

I have created my Virtual HD and allocated 10,000MB of space in order to run the promgrams I need for windows. I have Mac Os X 10.4.7 and I am running windows professional 2000 on my parallel. The issue I have is that when I actually view the virtual hard drive space it only registers ~1.5GB and leaves me only 500MB of free space. I have been experiencing freezes as my free space has reduced. I am currently using a trial version. Is this why the full capacity of the HD is not being read? Or is there another fix for this issue?

This issue has been discussed in the Mac technical forum many times.

How did you create this 10G disk? If you created it originally smaller and expanded it using the image tool, you have only done half the job. You have expanded the emulated physical disk, but not the partition. If this is the case, search the technical forum, and if you don't find what you need, post again there.

BTW, I love your screen name. I wish I'd thought of it.
