As far as I know, Parallels does not support HDR and 120 Hz display refresh rate. In there a chance of seeing these added somewhere in the near future?
Parallels as of 2024, currently supports 120Hz. However, HDR support is still being evaluated by Parallels: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/add-hdr-support.353941/
