Help... and no response from Support via chat or email

    I just upgraded to v17 for Mac (using it on Big Sur OS environment v11.5.2), where it failed to access and install Parallels Toolbox (spinning window of death) on my VM Windows 10, but worked fine to install the Parallels Toolbox app and subsequently the updated VM on my VM of MacOS.

    What are the support hours? I get no response on line and no response via Chat. List them and the relevant Time Zones, please.

    Are you trying to install the latest version of Parallels Toolbox?
